										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nitto 4340 Billet Steel crankshafts are manufactured from high quality true billet round bar stock. Most other aftermarket crankshafts are manufactured using cast forged material, which is a much cheaper manufacturing process and hence carry a cheaper price tag, but their performance, strength and horsepower capabilities are significantly compromised compared to that of a true billet crankshaft. An engine with a 4340 billet steel crankshaft will rev faster and cleaner due to the different harmonics produced from the high grade material.</p>
<p>Furthermore, we also offer our EN40B crankshafts in order to cater for the sector of the market that seek to produce power in excess of 2000hp reliably. The EN40B is stronger than 4340 and has stood the test of vigorous drag racing applications, with our EN40B Wide Journal RB32 crankshaft producing in excess on 25000hp at the engine in numerous builds and even achieving upwards of 3000hp in Promod applications. The EN40B material is superior to the 4340, offering the benefits of increased performance capabilities while weighing the same as 4340.</p>

Thus, we bring to you our RB26/RB30 block brace in collaboration with the team at St Hitec in New Zealand. This block brace presents a number of features that separate itself from anything else available on the market currently.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s start with the material it is manufactured from. The 7075 material is tough, does not deform and bend under the most strenuous of loads. It is harder and stiffer than any other material used in competing braces on the market and this in itself is enough to place this component in a league of its own. Further to this, a key element to the success of this brace is its specific focus on overcoming the difficulties associated with the RB oiling system. Incorporated into the design is the OEM style windage tray and additional mechanisms of oil control that enable you to use the standard oil pickup as well, in addition to the exclusive oil transfer system design. <p>Nitto I-beam connecting rods are manufactured using the highest quality one piece 4340 forged billet steel round stock and have been designed specifically for extreme motorsport use. Its design lends itself to being slightly lighter and superior in strength than the traditional H-beam connecting rod and far exceeds any OEM produced connecting rods for strength and durability.</p>
<p>Using Nitto’s one piece round billet design ensures a uniform flow of the material grain which ensures maximum strength especially when compared to the cheaper manufactured two piece designs commonly found at the lower end of the market. Although the manufacturing process is more time consuming and expensive, Nitto’s no compromise approach ensures you get the best connecting rod on the market.</p>
<p>Nitto I-beam connecting rods feature quality ARP rod bolts and silicone bronze wrist pin bushes to ensure reliability and durability under the most demanding conditions.</p>

<p>The simpler manufacturing process of the H-beam connecting rod over its big brother the &#8222;I-beam&#8220; has allowed costs to be kept down to a more affordable level without compromising quality. Nitto H-beam connecting rods are specifically designed for high performance street and entry to mid level motorsport applications. They are far superior to any OEM manufactured rod and can hold their own against some of the well known I-beam rods from our competitors.</p>
<p>Using Nitto’s one piece round billet design ensures a uniform flow of the material grain which ensures maximum strength especially when compared to the cheaper manufactured two piece designs commonly found at the lower end of the market.</p>
<p>Nitto H-beam connecting rods feature quality ARP rod bolts and silicone bronze wrist pin bushes to ensure reliability. Nitto H-beam connecting rods are for use in applications that require a strengthened link between the crankshaft and piston but do not require the heavy duty link of an I-beam connecting rod.</p>

<p>The whole piston range is manufactured by CP Carrillo, based in California, USA. CP Carrillo are a subsidiary of Pankl Racing who are an Austrian automotive components manufacturer that manufacture components for the highest levels of motorsport including Formula 1, Le Mans Prototypes and Moto GP just to name a few. This means that every Nitto piston benefits from world leading technologies and processes that are passed from Pankl onto CP.</p>
<p>Nitto pistons are made to our own specifications in conjunction with CP Carrillo and are cut from CP’s low silicon content 2618 aluminium and Turbo HD forging (where applicable). Additionally, our pistons are accompanied by a PVD coated ring set which deliver the best bore sealing capabilities for boosted applications, eliminating virtually all blow by while reducing the friction against the cylinder wall. As part of the piston kit, CP’s upgraded 9310 material wrist pins are standard across our range. The pins are 100% Rockwell tested, case hardened and cryogenically treated in order to enhance their material grain structure and overall strength.</p>
<p>All Nitto pistons also come standard with additional features such as forced double pin oiling which is essential to keep the wrist pin well lubricated. Anti-detonation grooves are also included. Anti detonation grooves reduce piston to wall contact under high load and also protect the top ring by disrupting the detonation waves. Finally, another feature that is standard across our piston range are the accumulator grooves. Accumulator grooves accumulate residual gasses from combustion which alleviate top ring flutter and premature second ring wear, improving ring seal.</p>
<p>All of these features combine to create the world beating pistons that boast multiple world records across multiple categories in drag racing and circuit racing.</p>

<p>Nitto&#8217;s oil drain for the Nissan RB20/25/26 head helps alleviate the all too common issue of excessive oil build up in the head area. This problem is especially evident when the engine has a high volume oil pump installed.</p>
<p>Whether you look at this product as an oil drain or crankcase pressure relief system, there is no doubt that it is a highly beneficial product on any built RB DOHC engine.</p>
<p>Precision CNC machined from billet 6000 series aluminium alloy and finished with hard anodizing, this product will impress the most fastidious of buyers. There is no need for purchasing expensive aftermarket fittings as the Nitto RB Head Drain is supplied with o-ringed fittings that run a receiver groove and grub screw locking system.</p>
<p>These fittings can be installed on either side of the drain allowing hose routing to whatever side of the engine your installation calls for. The kit may be optioned with one of two fittings. a 5/8 push on fitting is available, and, for those that would prefer to utilise the AN style fittings, an optional -10AN fitting is also available.</p>
<p>The head drain is supplied with 304 Stainless Steel mounting bolts and step by step instructions making it an easy to install, well priced, must have product.</p>
